California penal system has improper priorities

Our present priorities and focus in our penal system is too costly and unrealistic. “An eye for eye”, is an outdated Biblical myth.

The prison guards union has way too much influence on the California budget.

Solution:

 Release all non-violent prisoners and have them perform positive public service
 Change Three Strikes Law
 Focus more on substance abuse programs, rehabilitation & vocational training
 Send all lifetime and long term prisoners for private incarceration in other less costly states
