Cheney & Pelosi - alike or different

Dick Cheney and Nancy Pelosi share many of the same attributes.

There are both:
(1) Very Intelligent,
(2) Focused and Steadfast
(3) Single minded in pursuit of their goals
(4) Will do what it takes to get the job done
(5) Have great leadership skills
(6) Perceived by some to be dictatorial and arrogant

Where they differ is in their moral compass:

Pelosi is not perfect, but she never egregiously lied or conspired to orchestrate “911”, or invade Iraq and ultimately cause the death of 4,000 soldiers, 600,000 civilians, and rack up a cost of over a Trillion dollars for a devastating useless war. I can’t believe that wanting to extend health care to 40 million people is a malicious or destructive act.

Those who resist Health Care Reform use words such as “Socialism”, Ruining this country with too much debt”, “Communism”. To be fair let’s look at all the line items in the Federal Budget for Revenues and Expenses and start cutting: “Corporate Welfare”., “Subsidies to oil companies”, “Tax cuts for the Super Wealthy”, “Big Agra Business Subsidies”, “ Military waste and unnecessary spending”.
